The Understudy is proud to host our first public coffee cupping on Thursday, July 27th at 11 AM. Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at how Metric evaluates their beans, and learn how different origins inform coffee flavor profiles. It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned pro or first-time cupper. These casual public gatherings are an open forum where we look to educate and collaborate with our community on this essential coffee practice. Reserve quick! Only twelve slots available.
